Sluxx pellets attract slugs away from the crop, where they consume the bait and cease feeding shortly after ingestion. Slugs typically retreat below ground to die, meaning no visible evidence of dead slugs is usually seen on the soil surface. As a result, crop protection is achieved without unsightly residues. The product is manufactured using a high‑quality pasta pellet, providing excellent durability and consistent pellet distribution. Under conditions of continued infestation or prolonged wet weather, re‑application may be required after 7 days to maintain control. Sluxx does not contain metaldehyde and offers an alternative mode of action suitable for integrated pest management programmes.
